A graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta, Caulk's career began as a cartoonist and graphic designer. Along the journey to becoming a cartoonist, family considerations led Caulk to a new life working in Communications and Training for a national safety-related organization in the electric power industry for the past 30 years. During that time, he became steeped in the technology of power plants and the culture of their workforce. Two passions became one in what is now Caulk's latest creation, Plant Life.
